基于Volterra级数RFPA特征建模及其仿真实验
HARACTERISTICS MODELING AND SIMULATION FOR RFPA BASED ON VOLTERRA SERIES
本文主要运用Volterra级数理论分析射频功率放大器(RFPA)工作在弱非线性条件下信号的失真特性;介绍了Volterra级数在非线性建模中的应用;推导了非线性传递函数的公式。在Advanced Design System 2006A软件的仿真环境下对射频功率放大器进行仿真,通过计算机编程实现了在弱非线性条件下对任意频率输入时功率放大器输出频谱估计。
he paper mainly presents an analysis of signal distortion, commonly caused by mild nonlinearities of devices. It introduces the application of Volterra series in modeling nonlinearities of RFPA and a derivative process of nonlinear transfer function .The dissertation applies simulation for modeling a RFPA with Advanced Design System 2006A software, with programming the simulator responses of RFPA, finally it shows the evaluation of spectral with arbitrary frequencies input to RFPA under mild nonlinearity condition..
