无模板法制备载肝素的聚电解质微囊及其表征

本研究采用无模板法利用分子间的静电作用力,在不添加表面活性剂的条件下,制备具有核壳结构的微囊;用扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、Zeta电位仪和共聚焦显微镜等对其进行了表征。结果发现,制备得到的微囊大小均一且可控,分散性良好;具有核壳结构,外层为肝素钠。以考马斯亮蓝和罗丹名B为模型药物,对比了微囊对具有不同电荷的分子的装载能力。该方法操作简单,重复性强,所得微囊在药物控释领域具有潜在的应用价值。

In this study we prepared a kind of core/shell microcapsule by using the electrostatic interactions among PAH/ HPO42-/Heparin molecules through template-free method without any help of emulsifiers. Scanning electron microscopy, confocal laser scanning microscopy, and laser doppler anemometry were used to characterize the microcapsules. It was shown that the microcapsules coating with heparin were monodisperse, size-controlable , had a core/shell structure. Coomassie brilliant blue and rhodamine B were chosen as model drugs to study the capsules` carrying ability of different electric charge molecules. This is a facile method with good repetitiveness and the microcapsules promise great potential use in the drug control release field.
