丙酮蒸气诱导PS-b-PMMA薄膜的去润湿行为

本文主要研究了苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯二嵌段共聚物(PS-b-PMMA,记为SMMA51K)超薄膜在丙酮蒸气诱导下发生的去润湿行为。通过旋涂法制备了4 nm 厚的SMMA51K薄膜,并利用原子力显微镜(AFM)对薄膜的表面形貌进行了表征。主要考察了薄膜在丙酮蒸气退火下的形貌演变,给出了可能的去润湿机理。结果表明,在丙酮蒸气退火下,4 nm厚的SMMA51K薄膜以Spinodal去润湿机理发生去润湿,并存在两个去润湿过程:一个慢的去润湿发生在薄膜底层和一个快的去润湿发生在薄膜上层。随着退火时间的延长,去润湿形成的液滴的尺寸先增大后减小再增大。
In this paper, the dewetting behavior in ultrathin films of diblock copolymer polystyrene-block-poly(methyl methacrylate) (PS-b-PMMA, denoted as SMMA51K) induced by acetone vapor was studied. Thin films of SMMA51K with a thickness of 4 nm were prepared by spin coating and characterized by atomic force microscopy (AFM). The morphology evolutions of the films in acetone vapor were mainly investigated and the probable mechanisms of the dewetting were given. Results indicate that the dewetting in the 4-nm-thick film of SMMA51K occurs by the spinodal dewetting mechanism when the films are annealed in acetone vapor. There are two dewetting processes, a slow dewetting of the polymer layer occurs at the substrate's surface, and a fast one occurs on the top of this layer. The size of the droplets first increases, then decreases, and finally increases again with the increase of annealing interval.
