为深入研究大学生创新行为的动力机制及因素间的作用关系,从个体自身、团队、学校、社会等层面建立大学生创新行为动力机制影响指标体系。采用解释结构模型(ISM)分析各动力机制间的相互作用,建立3级解释结构模型。结果表明:表层直接影响因素主要涉及主动型人格、创造力、创造意愿、师资力量建设等,中层潜在影响因素主要包括成员关系、支持力度、创新氛围等,深层根本影响因素主要为技术水平和政策鼓励。在个体自身因素调节下,从师资团队建设及学校创新氛围等角度为促进大学生创新行为产生提供合理化建议。

For further research on the dynamic mechanism of college students' innovative behavior and the role of the relationship between factors, from their own individuals, teams, schools, social level such as the establishment of index system for college students' innovative behavior motivation mechanism.Interpretation structure model (ISM) analysis by using the dynamic mechanism of the interaction between, establish level 3 explanation structure model.Results show that surface layer directly influence factors mainly involve active personality and creativity, create willingness, faculty construction, middle potential influencing factors mainly include membership, support, innovation atmosphere, etc., the deep root for the technical level and policy to encourage the major influencing factors.Under the individual factor adjustment, from the perspective of the construction of teachers team and learning innovation atmosphere, and so on provide reasonable Suggestions to promote the college students' innovative behavior.
