基于双线传输线的太赫兹平面波导器件研究

在本篇文章当中,介绍了共面波导的损耗与色散探索历程,讲述了前人的研究成果。然后在前人的研究成果上,采用模拟公式分析与全波电磁仿真来研究共面波导的损耗与色散,得出了多个结论,并将两种方法得到的结果进行了对比与分析,证实了结论的正确性。简单的介绍了超材料的基本概念,以及共面波导超材料谐振器的发展状况。提出和演示了一个新颖的共面波导谐振器在柔性材料底板上的制作,能够进行大范围的角度传输。着重介绍了器件的设计制作过程,并对仿真和实验测试结果进行了详细的分析。
In this paper,the loss and dispersion of the coplanar waveguide are introduced, and the results of the research are described. Then, by using the simulation formula and the full wave electromagnetic simulation to study the loss and dispersion of coplanar waveguide, the results of the two methods are compared and analyzed, and the conclusion is verified.the basic concept of the metamaterials and the development of the coplanar waveguide resonator are introduced. A novel coplanar waveguide resonator is proposed, which can bend the transmission direction in a large angle range. The design and fabrication of the device are introduced, and the simulation and experiment results are analyzed in detail.
