Basic on the conception of interval-value triangular fuzzy number and the principle of fuzzy structured element, this paper brings forward the conception of the distance of interval-value triangular fuzzy numbers which are created linearly by the fuzzy structured element, while uses the conception of image plane to give the conception of image space, in which space providing the method in computing the distance of interval-value triangular fuzzy numbers, and proves the conception of the distance of interval-value triangular fuzzy numbers according with the 3 axioms of distances.
