高阶变性椭圆齿轮副的静力学特性与模态分析
Modal Analysis of High Order Denatured Elliptical Gear Pair
依据静力学相关基本理论,本文建立了高阶变性椭圆齿轮副的静力学模型,通过分析轮齿受力状态从而获得其静力学特性,同时推导出了高阶变性椭圆齿轮在传动过程中轮齿的齿根弯曲疲劳强度和齿面接触疲劳强度计算公式。基于有限元模态分析的基本原理,对高阶变性椭圆齿轮传动副进行模态分析,获得了齿轮副装配体的低阶固有振动频率和振型,对比分析了改变齿轮副的阶数,对各阶固有振动频率及振型变化规律的影响,为齿轮传动系统动态设计提供参考。
In this paper,based on the basic theory of statics,the static model of high-order denatured elliptical gear pair is established. Analysis of the stress state of teeth is carried out to get the static mechanical properties of it,and derive the tooth root bending fatigue strength formula and the tooth surface contact fatigue strength formula of the high-order denatured elliptical gear tooth. Using the basic principles of the finite element modal analysis to execute modal analysis on high-order denatured elliptical gear pair,the low-order natural vibration frequencies and mode of gear pair assembly are obtained. The effects of the order of denatured gear pair on natural frequencies and mode of variation are analyzed comparatively to provide a reference for the dynamic design of gear transmission system.
