Rare earth luminescent materials have important applications in the national economy, whick have become a research hotspot to scholars at home and abroad in recent years. This paper focuses on the rare earth luminescent materials in agriculture, the consumer field, and the fields of a wide range of medical applications, an overview of rare earth luminescent materials in the division of development status and the results achieved in China, the last of its development prospect.
