冷轧不锈钢内部夹杂物破碎行为有限元分析
FE Analysis of inclusion shattering process in stainless steel strips during cold rolling
轧件内部不可避免存在非金属夹杂物,夹杂物的变形行为对轧制产品质量具有很大的影响。本文分别对冷轧过程不锈钢内部圆形、方形和三角形夹杂物的破碎行为进行了有限元分析。结果表明:对于圆形夹杂物,可能首先从夹杂物内部发生破碎;对于方形夹杂物,夹杂物的角部首先发生破碎;对于三角形夹杂物,夹杂物角部容易发生破碎。与此同时,当夹杂物与轧件基体分离时,在夹杂物的周围产生了裂纹。
Non-metallic inclusions inevitable exist in strips, whose deformation behavior during rolling will affect the quality of rolled products. In the paper, the shattering process of the circle, square, and triangle inclusions in stainless steel strips during cold rolling was simulated by finite element method. Results show that the inclusion firstly breaks in inclusion center for circle inclusions, which firstly breaks at the inclusion corner for square and triangle inclusions. When the inclusions were separated with the strip matrix, the cracks occurred around the inclusions after rolling.
