燃气管道三维空间定向穿越施工监测

管道定向穿越施工突破二维穿越的限制、实现水平和竖向的同时借转对市政管线工程建设具有重要意义。本文结合具体工程开展了燃气管道三维空间定向穿越施工的全过程监测研究。基于陀螺仪空间定位技术和光纤应变传感技术,设计并实施了一套系统的管道穿越施工监测方案,获得了管道全长各点的三维空间坐标及管道监测段在整个穿越过程中的应变响应,并由此推算得到测试管段在各穿越位置的回拖力和弯矩。监测结果表明,管道双向同时借转穿越时纵向应变和截面弯矩剧增,实测数据可为进一步理论分析提供参考,监测方法也可为同类工程监测提供借鉴。
It is of great significance for municipal pipeline engineering construction to implement 3-D horizontal directional drilling (HDD). In virtue of a practical project, this work carries out the onsite monitoring of a gas pipeline during 3-D HDD construction. Based on gyroscope position-detection system and fiber optic sensing technique, an integrated scheme for the pipeline construction monitoring is designed and conducted. The 3-D spatial coordinates of the overall pipeline are measured. The strain responses and hence the axial forces and moments of the test section traveling through the whole drilling track are obtained. It testifies that the longitudinal strains and the section moments are sharply increased as the test pipe traverses with a rotation simultaneously in the horizontal and vertical planes. The recorded data is informative for the further theoretical analysis and the monitoring strategy can provide a reference for the similar projects.
