米糠日粮添加酶制剂对雏鹅胰腺和食糜酶活性的影响
Influences of enzyme preparation on enzyme activities of pancreatic juice and intestinal chyme in gosling
16只7日龄雏鹅,随机分成对照组和试验两组。饲以米糠(占30%)基础日粮,试验组添加0.2%的浙江产商品粗酶制剂。实验期为2周,21日龄扑杀,采取胰腺组织和小肠食糜,测定其中的消化酶活性和pH值。结果显示:与对照相比较,酶制剂使雏鹅:①胰腺组织中蛋白酶活性低7.43%(P<0.05),空肠中高14.06%(P<0.05);②胰腺组织中脂肪酶活性低27.20%(P<0.01), 空肠和回肠食糜脂肪酶活性分别低28.57%(P<0.05)和13.64%(P<0.05);③胰腺组织中淀粉酶活性变化不大,十二指肠活性高17.29%(P<0.05), 回肠低14.08%(P>0.05);④各段小肠食糜 pH 值变化不大(P>0.05)。以上结果表明:酶制剂通过作用于米糠日粮中的抗营养因子,解除了抗营养效应,提高了十二指肠食糜中淀粉酶和空肠食糜中蛋白酶的活性,加强了对碳水化合物及其他营养物质的消化与吸收,从而提高了饲料的转化效率,有利于雏鹅的生长。
ixteen 7-day-old goslings were randomly allotted to control and enzyme treated groups. The diet contained 30% rice-bran and it was added 0.2% Zhejiang commercial enzyme preparation for treatment group in experimental phase (7~21 day). At day 21, the goslings were slaughtered and the pancreatic tissue and intestinal chyme sample were collected for determining. The results are as follow:①The pancreatic protease activity was reduced by 7.43% (P<0.05), whereas the protease activity in jejunum was increased by 14.06%(P<0.05);②The lipase activity of pancreata was decreased by 27.20% (P<0.01). The lipase activities of jejunal and ileal chyme were reduced by 28.57% (P<0.05) and 13.64% (P<0.05) than that of control separately; ③Compared with control, the amylase activity of pancreas was not significant(P>0.05), while that amylase activity of duodenal chyme was increased by 17.29% (P<0.05), whileas ileal chyme activity was decreased by 14.08% (P<0.01); ④The activities of lipase in jejunal chyme
