背景:长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA, lncRNA)是一组长度大于200个核苷酸、不编码蛋白质的、具有调节功能的RNA。研究现状:大量研究表明,lncRNA可在染色体水平、转录水平、转录后水平调控基因的表达,广泛参与机体的生理及病理过程。心血管疾病严重威胁着人类的健康,越来越多的研究表明lncRNA与心血管疾病有紧密联系。研究用途:本文将就lncRNA的定义、来源、特点、作用机制及其在心血管疾病发生发展中的作用进行综述。
Background: Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is a group of small regulatory RNA, which is more than 200 nucleotides, and does not encode proteins. Research status: A large number of studies showed that lncRNA participate in various physiological and pathological processes. LncRNA can widely involved in these regulation at chromosomes, transcription and post-transcriptional levels. Cardiovascular diseases are serious threat to human health, more and more studies revealed that lncRNA played important roles in cardiovascular diseases. Research purposes: This article will review the definition, origin, characteristics and mechanism of lncRNA and its role in the development of cardiovascular diseases.
