脑缺血与血脑屏障相关性研究进展

血脑屏障(BBB)是存在于脑组织与血液之间的一个复杂的细胞系统。由于其独有的解剖学特性,决定了血脑屏障在生理状态下为维持中枢神经系统内环境稳定起到严格筛选作用。而在病理情况下,BBB的破坏又是引发一系列脑组织损伤的中轴。近年的研究表明,纤溶酶、明胶酶、自由基、炎症因子、水通道蛋白、血管活性物质、内皮素、胶质细胞等多种物质参与了脑缺血后BBB结构和功能的改变,进而参与了脑缺血后一系列的病理变化。
Blood brain barrier(BBB) is a complicated cell system lying between brain tissue and blood. Its distinct anatomical characteristics can keep the homeostasis on the physiological condition, while the destroy of BBB is a central axis of initiating a series of brain tissue damage. Recent years’ study indicate that many kinds of materials, such as fibrinolysin, gelatinase, free radical, aquaporin protein, vasoactive substance, endothelin and gliocyte, participate in the changes of construction and function, and then participate in a series of pathological change after cerebral ischemia.
