非渐开线变厚齿轮的空间啮合原理及其计算机仿真

本文基于空间啮合理论,首次提出了相交轴情况下实现线接触的新型非渐开线变齿厚齿轮传动的概念。建立了其啮合方程和齿廓方程,同时结合实例对其齿向误差与齿形误差进行了计算分析。最后利用Pro/Engineering三维实体造型软件对其齿面进行了计算机仿真。

Based on the space engagement theory, a special type of non-involute beveloid gears meshing with line contact between intersecting axes has been studied in this paper for the first time. The engagement equation and tooth profile equation have been presented by applying theory of gearing. Meanwhile the tooth profile error and axial error have been calculated by means of numerical analysis in this paper. As a numerical example, the three-dimensional simulation of beveloid gears between intersecting axes has been finished by means of CAD system, Pro/Engineer.
