空间冲击载荷下的滤波减速器动力学可靠性分析

本文对滤波减速器在空间环境中冲击载荷作用下的动力学可靠性进行分析研究,将齿轮看作质量集中体,以弹簧阻尼系统等效为轮齿之间的啮合作用,建立滤波减速器的解析动力学模型。利用Newmark方法实现动力学微分方程的求解,得到空间冲击载荷对滤波减速器产生的附加角加速度,利用系统仿真方法对其进行动力可靠性分析,分析结果有助于航天器机构的设计。
In this paper, the dynamic reliability assessment for a filter reducer is performed by accounting for the shocking from the space environment. Gears are considered as the lumped mass and meanwhile the mesh between different gears are equivalent to a dynamic system consisted of springs and dampers during constructing the dynamic model. Newmark method is employed to resolve the differential equations, and then the additional acceleration could be obtained caused by the shocking to the filter reducer. The dynamic reliability analysis is conducted with simulation method.
