基于单光子APD阵列的短波红外辐射标定研究
Research on radiometric calibration Method of short-wave infrared SAPD array
针对盖革雪崩焦平面阵列器件(GmAPD)光子计数响应特性,提出了一种基于漫反射板和GmAPD的辐射特性标定方法。采用标准漫反射板作为标准辐射源,对匹配镜组和盖革雪崩焦平面探测器进行辐射标定,得到非线性响应曲线,对结果进行系统分析,其标定精度为11.4%,实现了非线性辐亮度标定。
calibration method for radiation characteristics of Geiger avalanche focal plane array device (GmAPD) based on diffuse reflector and GmAPD is proposed for the non-linearity of photon counting response. A standard diffuse reflector is used as the standard radiation source to calibrate the matching mirror group and the Geiger avalanche focal plane detector. The non-linear response curve is obtained and the results are analyzed systematically. The calibration accuracy is 11.4%. Nonlinear radiance calibration is realized.
