相干背散射的测量
Measurement of the Coherent BackScattering
相干背散射是研究弱光子局域化的重要手段,但是由于其信号非常微弱,测量艰难,常见的测量方法实验装置结构复杂且测量耗时。通过研究相干背散射的特征,给出了一种相对简易的相干背散射的实验方法,采用面阵CCD作为探测设备,得到待测量样品的相干背散射图样。对取得的数据进行积分处理以提高信噪比,从而提高测量的精确度,然后利用公式对积分后的数据进行曲线拟合的办法得到了样品的光子平均自由程。基于相干背散射角分布的公式,固定参数,计算机生成了数值模拟的数据,并生成均匀分布的随机数作为噪声与信号叠加,经处理最后得到的参数同初始设置值符合较好,验证了理论的正确性和结果的唯一性。最后通过建立实际光路,记录了样品的相干背散射图像,处理后得到了测试实例。
oherent Backscattering (CBS) is very important in studying the Photon Localization. But the signal is weak and it is difficult to obtain valid data. The measurements are usually complex and time-consuming. In this paper we present a method recording CBS with scientific CCD. The obtained image is integrated along one dimension to enhance the signal to noise ratio (SNR). Curve-fitting with presented equation is applied to get the photon transport mean path. Numerical simulation is employed to prove this method to be correct and the results are unique. Experiment is presented and the transport mean free path of a sample is measured as an example.
