Bi底层对FexPt100-x(x = 40~58)薄膜磁性的影响
Influence of Bi underlayer on magnetic properties of FexPt100-x (x = 40~58) films
本文研究了Bi做底层对FexPt100-x薄膜(Fe的原子含量 x = 40~58)的有序化和矫顽力Hc的影响。实验结果表明:以Bi做底层可以显著提高薄膜的Hc,400 退火20分钟后,Bi / Fe49Pt51薄膜的Hc达到1074.3 kA/m,剩磁比Mr / Ms也达到0.93。其原因是Bi原子的扩散大大促进了FePt薄膜的有序化进程。FexPt100-x薄膜在x = 49~55范围内可具有较高的Hc,而以Bi做底层的FexPt100-x薄膜可在x = 43~55 范围内获得高Hc,此范围内薄膜的Hc随FePt成分影响较小。
Effect of a Bi underlayer on ordering and coercivity Hc of FexPt100-x thin films (atomic content of Fe x = 40~58) has been studied. Experimental results show the obvious enhancement of Hc by the Bi underlayer. A Bi / Fe49Pt51 film can realize a Hc as high as 1074.3 kA/m and the ratio of the remnant magnetization Mr to the saturation one Ms of 0.93 after annealing at 400 for 20minutes. The acceleration of ordering process should be related to diffusion of Bi atoms. We can obtain the FexPt100-x films with relatively high coercivity at the range of x = 49~55. Whereas, the range responding to high Hc of Bi / FexPt100-x films is broadened to x = 43~55 and the Hc of Bi / FexPt100-x films at this range is little affected by the ratio of Fe to Pt.
