厚朴叶的化学成分初步研究

目的:研究厚朴叶的化学成分。 方法:采用多种层析手段进行分离纯化,应用多种波谱技术,结合文献对照,对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从厚朴Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wils.的叶分离得9个化合物,其中7个化合物分别经鉴定为棕榈酮(Ⅰ)、花生酸(Ⅱ)、二十六烷醇 (Ⅲ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅴ)、槲皮苷(Ⅵ)、芦丁(Ⅶ)。结论:7个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of the leaf of Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wils. METHODS: Isolation and purification were carried out on silica gel column, identified by physico-chemical properties and structurally elucidated. RESULTS: 7 compounds were identified, they were palmitone, arachidic acid, 1-hexacosanol, β-sistosterol, daucosterol,quercitrin, rutin. CONCLUSION: They were all obtained from this specie for the first time.
