MMP-9、b-FGF和VEGF在脑膜瘤中的表达及其意义
he expression of VEGF、MMP-9 and b-FGF in human meningiomas
目的 探讨MMP-9、b-FGF和VEGF在脑膜瘤中的表达以及与脑膜瘤侵袭性的关系。方法 采用免疫组化SP法测定手术切除的43例不同组织学类型脑膜瘤标本中的MMP-9、b-FGF和VEGF的表达。结果 VEGF、MMP-9在Ⅱ、Ⅲ级脑膜瘤中的表达水平与Ⅰ级脑膜瘤的表达水平有显著性差异（P<0.05）,在侵袭性脑膜瘤组和非侵袭性脑膜瘤组中，VEGF、MMP-9的表达水平有显著性差异（<0.05）。b-FGF的表达在个组别中无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 MMP-9和VEGF与脑膜瘤的生物学特性相关，促进脑膜瘤的侵袭性生长，随着脑膜瘤的恶性升高而表达水平增高。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinicopathologic significance of VEGF、MMP-9 and b-FGF in meningiomas. Methods The expression of VEGF、MMP-9 and b-FGF in 43 cases of meningiomas were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method. Results The level of VEGF and MMP-9 expression in meningiomas were positive related with their WHO clasification and invasive behaviors(P<0.05),not b-FGF(P>0.05) Conclution VEGF and MMP-9 are ralated to the biological sepciality of meiningiomas and can accelerate the invasive growth of the meningiomas.VEGF and MMP-9 may play an important role during malignangcy conversion and invasion in meningiomas.
