经济型燃料电池混合动力轿车控制策略研究与参数优化

本文应用功率跟随控制模式,研究了燃料电池混合动力汽车的控制策略。以某国产经济型轿车为平台,使用ADVISOR软件对改装成燃料电池混合动力驱动系统的经济型轿车进行了仿真研究。分析了4种典型驱动工况下不同混合动力度的整车经济性及动力性,找出了适用于本车型的最优混合动力度匹配。在此配置下,以最小氢气燃料消耗为目标,优化了主减速比、燃料电池的最大和最小工作功率以及蓄电池的充电功率,得到了燃料电池混合动力轿车的最佳工作点。

In this paper, control strategy for economy fuel cell hybrid electric vehicle(FCHEV) is studied by using power-following control mode. Based on a domestic economy car configuration, simulation analysis for a refitted economy fuel cell hybrid electric vehicle is conducted by means of ADVISOR software. Fuel economy and power characteristics of the FCHEV are calculated under different degrees of hybridization in 4 typical driving conditions. Optimal match hybridization degree is obtained for the FCHEV. Under the best degree of hybridization, parameter optimization is done on final drive ratio, fuel cell maximum and minimum working power, battery charge power in order to obtain minimum hydrogen consumption. Optimal working points were achieved for FCHEV.
