我国县级土地利用总体规划研究综述

he General Land Use Planning is the “leading” of land administration which is an important means to achieve sustainable use of land resources. As the hard core of Land Use Planning System, County-level Land Use Planning has “links the preceding with the following” function ,related to social, economic, ecological environment, urban development and other important areas. At present, the third round of the Land Use Planning has been carried out. The academic circle has carried on the discussion and research on the theory of County-level Land Use Planning, the current problems existing in the planning as well as the countermeasures . At the same time, new idea has been put forward for the new County-level Land Use Revision Work in terms of implementation in revision method, management, planning system, etc. In order to give the reference for further studies, the paper summaried and reviewed the related literature form 2002 to 2009.
