电火花线切割加工Nd_Fe_B永磁材料是一种十分有效的方法。通过车削和铣削加工Nd_Fe_B永磁材料,与线切割加工该材料进行对比试验研究,验证了线切割加工Nd_Fe_B永磁材料的独有优势。通过对钕-铁-硼永磁材料的线切割加工的机理分析和对影响加工特性的主要加工因素的试验研究, 提出了合理的线切割加工Nd_Fe_B材料的工艺参数,对该材料的加工参数选择具有实际的参考价值。根据实验结果,对线切割加工Nd_Fe_B材料的效率和加工的表面质量进行相应分析,提出了提高加工质量的优化参数和方法,为Nd_Fe_B在高性能产品上的进一步开发与生产,乃至促进科技成果转化成大规模生产起到积极作用。

he technology of electrospark wire-electrode cutting, which is an effective method in machining the material of Nd_Fe_B. Compared with the methods of turning and milling, it is confirmed the superiority of electrospark wire-electrode cutting Nd_Fe_B. With the processing mechanism and factor analysis and experiment researching, the reasonable technological parameters of cutting processing are proposed, which has the actual reference value in cutting Nd_Fe_B. According to the experimental result, the processing efficiency and the surface quality are analyzed, and the processing quality and optimized parameters of enhancing machining quality are pointed out, which has a positive role in that developing and producing high-performance Nd_Fe_B product and even transforming into large scale production with the promoting science and technology.
