既有空心板梁受力性能分析

预应力混凝土空心板桥是公路桥梁中的常用桥型之一,其具有很好的经济性和施工便捷等优点。但空心板梁较典型的病害有铰缝处纵向裂缝导致的"单板受力",严重影响结构的耐久性和安全性,在国内甚至发生坍塌事故。本文结合某桥工程实际,设想预应力空心板梁桥坍塌后,对各种可能性进行分析。分析包括对原设计的计算复核;根据规范要求对铰缝进行受力计算(包括汽超-20、重车);重车过桥(单板受力、铰接受力)对桥梁安全性的影响以及荷载试验情况。计算表明,原有小铰缝受力满足要求,重车过桥时,若按照铰接板计算也能满足要求,但是若铰缝失效,按照单板受力计算不能满足要求。
Prestressed Concrete Hollow bridge type used in highway bridges has an advantage of economy and convenient construction. More typical disease of the hollow plate girder is "the veneer force" from hinge joints longitudinal cracks,caused serious impact on the durability and safety of the structure,and even collapse occurred. In this paper, from a bridge engineering practice, it is envisaged that the prestressed hollow plate girder bridge collapse, analysis the various possibilities. Analysis includes a review calculation of the original design;The calculation was according to the specification requirements of the hinge seam force (including steam super -20, heavy vehicles); heavy vehicles across the bridge (the veneer force, Hinged force) influence on security and load test. The calculations show that the original small hinge seam force meet the requirements of heavy vehicles cross the bridge when calculated in accordance with the hinged plate , but if the hinge seam failure, can not meet the requirements under the veneer force.
