48 high pressure joint was critical part of FCT, its design volume affected layout of FCT directly. It was important to optimization design for it. Considering size that main affected capability as design variable, considering weight as objective function, basing on three different materials designed the detail. Using ANSYS software had optimization calculate, basing on careless search method, having 40 iterate, gaining the best result at last. Gained best engineering value.
