静电纺PAN纳米纤维复合膜的制备及性能
Preparation and Properties of electrospun polyacrylonitrile nanofibrous composite membrane
本文以熔喷无纺布捆绑的旋转的滚筒为收集装置,通过静电纺丝法制备PAN纳米纤维复合膜,考察纳米纤维膜的克重对静电纺PAN纳米纤维复合膜过滤性能的影响。用FE-SEM、多功能拉伸仪和SX-L1050滤料试验台对静电纺PAN纳米纤维复合膜的形貌、力学性能和过滤性能进行测试。结果表明:当纺丝液浓度从6%增加到12%时,纳米纤维直径从117nm增加到352nm,力学性能先增大后下降;当浓度不变时,随着纳米纤维膜克重的增加,PAN纳米纤维复合膜的过滤效率和压力降增大,品质因素逐渐下降。
Poly(acrylonitrile) nanofibrous composite membranes were prepared via electrospinning, using a rotating mandrel binded with nonwovens.The effect of area weight of nanofibrous membranes on the filtration property of Poly(acrylonitrile) nanofibrous composite membranes were studied. Poly(acrylonitrile) nanofibrous composite membranes were characterized and tested by use of FE-SEM,tensile tester and SX-L1050 filtration tester.The results show that the diameters of nanofibers increase from 117nm to 352nm while the solution concentration rising from 6% to 12% and the the corresponding fiber mechanical property rising up first then down.Under the same solution concentration,the filtration efficiency and pressure drop increase and the quality effect decrease while the area weight of Poly(acrylonitrile) nanofibrous composite membrane increased.
