从“民工荒”现象谈农民工权益保障问题

In the recent years, the phenomenon of migrant rural worker shortage has appeared in the coastal areas of South and East China. It has brought unfavorable effect on the local economy development. The reason of this shortness is that the rights of migrant rural workers have not been protected effectively. It would not only effect the enterprise’s operation and make the enterprise’s labor shortage, but also cause some serious social problems. As a disadvantaged group, the problem of the rights’ protection of the migrant rural workers is more and more increasingly emerging in China and our society is paying more and more attention on this problem. Therefore, the only way to solve this problem is that we should regulate the enterprise’s employment system, perfect the social security system, quicken the legal system constriction, and establish the fund of protecting the rights of migrant rural workers.
