曝气量对污泥外循环侧流除磷分段进水SBR工艺脱氮除磷性能的影响
Effect of Aeration Amount on Nitrogen and Phosphorus Removal in Phostrip-step-feed-SBR Process
针对低碳源生活污水(COD/TN<5,COD<180mg/L)脱氮尤其是除磷效果差的问题,通过控制污泥外循环侧流除磷、分段进水、好氧/缺氧反复交替运行SBR工艺的曝气量,实现了碳源有机物的合理分配,获得了低碳源污水良好的除磷脱氮效果。结果表明:曝气量控制在3.57 m3/h.m3条件下,COD、氨氮、TN、TP平均浓度分别为121、29、31、4.6mg/L的低碳源生活污水的污染物去除率分别为86%、98.6%、61.7%、93.6%;研究还发现在侧流除磷分段进水SBR工艺中,通过污泥外循环强化厌氧释磷破坏了聚磷菌的贮磷平衡,1天1次的污泥外循环侧流除磷保障了系统的除磷效果,简化了侧流除磷工艺的运行过程。
Being concerned on the issue of poor performance of nitrogen removal especially of phosphorus removal for low-carbon source wastewater (COD / TN <5, COD <180mg / L), the Phostrip-step-feed-SBR process could obtain a rational distribution of organic carbon source as well as good nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect for low-carbon source wastewater by controlling the aeration amount. The results of studies show that in the condition of the aeration amount be controlled at a level of 3.57 m3/h.m3, the removal efficiencies of the pollutants in low-carbon source wastewater are 86%,98.6%,61.5%,93.6% respectively, when the average concentrations of COD, ammonia nitrogen, TN and TP of the test water are 121 mg / L,29 mg / L,31 mg / L,4.7 mg / L respectively. The studies also find that in Phostrip-step-feed-SBR process, storage of phosphorus in PAOs is broken by enhancing anaerobic phosphorus release of external recycles of sludge and the course of operating side-stream phosphorus removal process is simplified when the phosphorus-rich sludge is recycled externally once a day to remove phosphorus.
