基于遗传算法的电动汽车实时电价计算模型
Real Time Pricing Model of Electric Vehicles Based on Genetic Algorithm
针对电动汽车车主很难响应当天制定的实时电价,提出了一种计及风电接入及车主互动意愿的实时电价定价方案。首先,对电动汽车充放电负荷进行建模;然后,将风电功率预测和车主互动意愿纳入考虑,构建以电网等效负荷方差最小为目标的优化模型,并采用遗传算法对其优化求解;在此基础上,根据优化前后电网等效负荷之差,计算日前电价;最后,根据风电功率预测的误差,调节日前电价,形成当日的实时电价。算例验证表明,该方案所提出的实时电价能更有效地引导电动汽车充放电,在接入风电的同时改善了负荷曲线,并分析了不同场景对电价的影响。
ccording to the owners of electric cars are difficult to respond to real-time price, put forward a plan of real-time electricity pricing scheme, considering wind power and the owner's interactive intention. First, modeling the electric vehicle charging and discharging load; then, taking the wind power forecasting power and the owner's interaction intention into account, constructing the optimization model with the minimum power grid equivalent load variance as the goal, and use the genetic algorithm to solve optimization; On this basis, according to the difference of equivalent load of power grid before and after optimization, calculation of day-ahead electricity price; Finally, according to the error of wind power forecasting power, adjusting day-ahead price, forming the day real-time price. The example verified, the proposed real time pricing can more effectively guide the electric vehicle charging and discharging, to improve the load curve and access wind power at the same time, and analyzing the effects of different scenarios on electricity price.
