高墩大跨度连续刚构桥安全状态预警系统阀值设定研究

在桥梁健康监测系统的预警模块中,如何设定合理的预警阀值对系统的有效运行有重要影响。针对某新建高墩大跨度连续刚构桥的健康监测预警系统,提出了考虑运营阶段汽车荷载、温度作用、混凝土残余收缩徐变作用以及基础变位作用所产生的作用效应,结合桥梁运营阶段可能产生的作用效应组合,并根据规范规定的正常使用极限状态和承载能力极限状态作用分项系数进行作用效应组合,选取最不利组合,得到两级预警阀值,以此来确定桥梁结构所处的三种安全状态,确保桥梁安全运营。
In bridge health monitoring system of early warning module, how to set a reasonable warning threshold is important to effective operation of the system. For new high-pier long span continuous rigid frame bridge health monitoring and early warning system, a method was proposed that considering vehicle load, temperature effect, residual operation stage of concrete shrinkage and creep effect and load effect on the foundation subsidence, combined with possible load combination in the bridge operation stage, and according to the rules of bearing capacity limit state and serviceability limit states of load combination coefficient of load combinations, select the most unfavorable combination, get two level warning threshold, in order to determine the bridge structure of three kinds of safety state, thus ensuring the safety of the bridge.
