高等师范院校实施农村教育硕士培养的思考

he system of agricultural education master is an important measurement that solve the problem of weak rural teachers, optimize teachers training and supplement mechanism, and promote teachers quality in rural areas. Some problems, such as training mode, gold content of master degree, and pressure to bear as well as benefits of employer were analyzed in present paper. At the same time, the corresponding innovation measurements were also proposed so as to realize the pluralism of normal education and sustainable development of agricultural education.
