人脸识别考勤系统的设计与实现

针对当前考勤系统存在的代替考勤、考勤效率低的问题,设计并实现了一种人脸识别考勤系统FRAS(Face Recognition Attendance System),并基于反馈机制提出了一种人脸检测和人脸识别应用架构3AFDR(An Application Architecture of Face Detection and Recognition )。基于AdaBoost算法和和PCA(Principal Component Analysis)算法,FRAS进行能够识别出唯一的考勤对象,保障了考勤操作的不可替代性,结合考勤规则对考勤信息进行统一管理,提高了考勤效率。此外,3AFDR架构中将拍摄的照片经过归一化处理作为样本存储到样本库,并定期对样本进行训练,实现了样本的智能化管理,降低了环境因素对检测效果的影响。
Focused on substitute attendance, low attendance efficiency issues existing in the current attendance system, a face recognition attendance system named FARS (Face Recognition Attendance System) was designed and implemented, and an application architecture of face detection and recognition named 3AFDR(An Application Architecture of Face Detection and Recognition) was put forward. Based on the AdaBoost algorithm and PCA(Principal Component Analysis) algorithm, the unique attendance object was determined with FRAS to ensure the attendance operation non-substitutable, the attendance records were uniformly managed with the attendance rules to improve the efficiency. Moreover, the attendance photos were normalized and stored in the sample library as a sample ,and then trained regularly, realizing the intelligent management of samples and reducing the effects of environmental factors on detection results.
