消疤软膏的提取工艺研究

Objective: Optimize extraction process of Xiaoba ointment. Methods: Chose extract’s recovery rate and paeonol content as indicators, optimized the ethanol soluble extract’s technological parameters of Xiaoba ointment by orthogonal design. Results: The optimized extract’s technological parameters were: refluxed three times by 75% ethanol, five times ethanol at first, then four times and four times separately as solvent added, for one hour at each reflux. Conclusion: The extract’s technological parameters were reasonable, steady and practical. So the research could be the manufacture bases for yielding production.
