基于Automod的机械零配件配送中心仿真和分析

fter ascertaining the target of DC planning and design, the function areas include and relative running parameters, a model of the mechinery parts distribution center was given based on Automod simulation software by using simulation technique. Based on the model and several analysis of operation flow, scheduling policy, human and resource efficiency, validity of the planning was evalued. Meanwhile, two operation mode was contrasted by analyzing their resource allocation, system ability and efficiency evaluation results, so as to support for selection of alternative plan. It is indicated that using simulation can not only diagose the efficiency of key resource in DC, but also contrasting running condition of different operation mode, so the result can be used as a decision-making reference to reselecting the operation mode.
