能力与动态能力问题逻辑发展过程及研究成果评述

his paper aims at systematically discuss the background and logic development of Capability and Dynamic Capability issues, summarize its research fruit and point out questions needed to be further researched., then we put forward the Mechanics Hypothesis of Capability Nature. Among the foreign literatures, the relating research works starting from the consummating and development of Resource-Based Theory. The RBT analyses the relationship between resource superiority and competitive advantage in the way of firm resource heterogeneity, but it failed to explain how firm resources are identified, obtained, utilized and updated, especially in more and more dynamic market. Therefore, Capability and Dynamic Capability issues are put forward and continue developing, ideas like Learning Mechanism, Capability Evolution, and Capability Life-Cycle are proposed. Besides these, we consider that the key issue of capability nature is ignored in the past research, so we bring forward the Mechanics Hypothesis of Capability Nature, we suggest this perspective is more useful in understanding the capability issues and will benefit further relating research works.
