基于主成分分析法的公路交通发展指数与经济发展指数的构建

In today’s society, it is really important to the formulation of policies that the grasping of the relationship accurately between road traffic and regional economic development. The use of regression models between the two as a reference becomes more and more easily accepted. What’s more, the accuracy of the model which is from the road traffic development index and economic development index is also more and more discovered and applied by people. In the establishment of regression analysis model, there are a number of factors need to be selected a major, but independent of each other similar factors as independent variables. This paper is based on the data of Luoding City, Guangdong Province in recent years. On the basis of data processing, this paper uses principal component analysis excluding the weight of the smallest element, constructs the road traffic development index and the economic development index that can be used in Luoding. Finally, through a comparative analysis of the various regression models to select the best model, the paper established a regression model about road traffic impact on the economic development.
