Quantum PLC在水电厂现地控制层中的应用

随着计算机技术和电子技术的不断发展,水电厂监控系统也朝着性能更全面,运行更加稳定可靠的方向进步。施奈德PLC以其较好的性价比在水电厂自动化监控系统中得到了越来越广泛的应用,为水电厂监控实现了“少人值班”,甚至是“无人值班”。本文首先分析了水电厂自动化监控系统的发展过程,然后对施奈德Quantum 系列PLC的硬件构成和工作原理进行详细的说明,重点介绍了Quantum PLC在水电厂监控系统现地控制层中的应用。最后通过改造后的监控系统成功投运的实例,证明了Quantum PLC完全满足现场实际的应用要求,能够达到预期目标,为水电厂带来较大的经济效益。
With the development of computer technology and electron technology, the performance is more comprehensive and the system is more stable and more reliable for Monitoring System in Hydropower Plants. For good cost performance, Schneider PLC is used more and more in Monitoring System in Hydropower Plants, which makes less people to work on the Monitoring System or even no people to work on it come true. This paper first analyzes the development of automatic monitoring system local control units in our country's Hydropower Plants, and then dwells on the hardware constitution and the working principle of Quantum PLC, especially focuses on the application for Quantum PLC in Hydropower Plants, finally proves Quantum PLC could satisfy the request of spot's actual application, achieve the expected goals and bring great benefit to the Hydropower Plants by the successful operation of the improved control system.
