无机砷胁迫下水稻苗期的生理响应

Physiological responses of rice seedling under inorganic arsenic stress*

本实验以水稻汕优63为材料,研究了水培条件下不同形态的无机砷(As2O3和HAsNa2O4)处理后,水稻苗期生理特性的变化。结果表明,水培条件下随着砷浓度升高,水稻的根长、株高、干重均显著下降。水稻根和叶中超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性受到了显著抑制,而根中抑制程度较叶中大;同时,水稻植株中氮、磷、钾的含量随砷浓度的增加而降低,且根中降低的较多;利用ICP-MS测定砷含量的结果显示培养液中砷浓度升高后,组织中砷的含量增加,根中增加尤其明显;同时本实验结果也验证了As(III)对水稻苗的毒性大于As(V)。

his experiment was carried out to investigate the physiological responses of rice seedling under stress of different species of inorganic arsenics (As2O3 and HAsNa2O4). The results indicated that the root length, plant height, and dry weight of rice were significantly decreased. Analysis of superoxide dimutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), and catalase (CAT) activities in roots and leaves of rice seedlings showed that as arsenics concentration increased, the activity of the three enzymes was significantly suppressed, especially in rice roots. Simultaneously, the contents of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium in rice plants were also descended as arsenic concentration increased, and severely depressed in rice roots. The result of ICP-MS assay showed that under arsenic treatment, the content of arsenics in rice tissues enhanced as the arsenic concentration increased, especially in rice roots. From all the results we also found a coherence conclusion that the toxicity of As (III) on rice is greater than that of As(V).
