人工林杨树木材皱缩恢复工艺参数优化
Study on the Parameters Optimization of the Collpse Recovery Process of Poplar Plantation
本文研究在杨树发生皱缩以后,利用不同温度饱和蒸汽对皱缩试样经过不同时间皱缩恢复处理,测试皱缩试材径弦向恢复指标,实验数据采用SAS软件进行分析。结果为在温度对恢复指标的影响中,100℃处理温度下,弦径向达到最大恢复率,为1.6502%和1.5006%;在时间对恢复指标的影响中,6h处理的弦径向尺寸恢复率达到1.6704%和1.4108%;根据交互影响得到杨树皱缩恢复最佳工艺条件为100℃,6h较优;80℃,6h次之。
In this paper, study on the recovery processing by using different temperature of saturated steam and different time to recover the collapsed specimens. To measure the length of tangential and radial direction, and the experimental data were analyzed by SAS software. The Results effected by the temperature, showed temperature was 100 ℃. the maximum recovery rate in the tangential and radial direction ,is 1.6502% and 1.5006%. Considering the time, the maximum recovery rate of 6h is 1.6704% and 1.4108% in the tangential and radial direction , According to the interaction effection, the best optimum process is 100℃ and 6h of temperature and time; it is better in 80℃ and 6h.
