多孔型聚苯乙烯系树脂的制备及其吸附性能的研究
Synthesis of Multi-porous Polystyrene Series Resin and Studies of Their Adsorbing Properties
本文采用交联悬浮共聚法制备球珠状聚苯乙烯吸附树脂,在制备的过程中向苯乙烯-二乙烯苯共聚体系中加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯第三单体,对吸附树脂表面进行修饰,用物理技术和化学方法表征了合成树脂的结构。采用染料亚甲基蓝为吸附质进行吸附研究,并探讨了树脂对亚甲基蓝溶液浓度、溶液pH值和吸附温度等对吸附过程的影响。实验数据表明:孔径对吸附过程有重要的影响,树脂的比表面积只是在孔径合适时才会对吸附起主要作用。吸附结果表明,当甲基丙烯酸甲酯投入量的质量分数为0.02时,树脂对亚甲基蓝有较好的吸附效果。吸附平衡等温线能被Freundlich方程很好的拟合。
onglobate polystyrene adsorbent has been prepared by cross linking suspension polymerization in this paper. By adding some polar monomer, such as methyl methacrylate, in the polymerization of styrene and divinylbenzene. The structure of adsorbents modified was characterized by means of physical technology and chemical methods. The methylene blue is adopted as adsorbate for the adsorption study, and explore the adsorbing time , pH , concentration of methylene blue as well as the adsorption temperature ,that effect on adsorption capacity .The results of experiments indicate that only do the pore radius resin have an important influence on adsorption process within a suitable pore size . The surface area will play an important role on adsorbing . The resin 2%MMA have a better adsorption result for methylene blue , and the experimental equilibrium data were fitted to the Fredunlich models.
