植物气孔聚集分布现象及机理探讨

气孔是植物体与外界环境沟通的通道,气孔二维分布格局与环境有着密切的联系,一般气孔分布都遵循一细胞间隔法则,但在一些植物上也发现了气孔直接接触而形成的气孔簇,进一步发现,气孔簇的出现可能与植物逆境胁迫有关,并结合拟南芥气孔发育上的研究,探讨了植物气孔聚集的产生机理。

Stomata are small pores located on the leaves , it is an important channel which link the plants with the open atmosphere . The 2-demensional stomatal patterning was strongly affected by multiple environmental factors . Often ,the ‘One Cell Spacing Rlue ’ensure an stomata-free region between neighboring stomta . Anyhow , some plants posscess stomatal clusters in which stomata are placed in direct contact. The appearance of stomtal cluster probably have some corelationship with the adverse environment . Further forming mechanisms was disscussed based on the basal works on Arabidopsis stomatal development .
