基于美日经验的中小企业融资对策研究

Financing patterns of our country’s small and medium enterprise(SME) are initially discussed, based on the study of US-Japan’s experience. The special organization should be estabished for SME in our country, complete law system and secured credit institution are founded, and financing ways shound be advanced actively, with the purpose of solving the SME’s financing problem in order to promote SME’s continual development.
