大数据环境下情报学的继承与发展

Purpose/significance] This paper aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges faced by information science in the era of big data, and explore how to inherit and develop the academic tradition of information science.[Method/process] On the basis of reviewing the history of information science, this paper analyzed the situation of information science in the era of big data, and put forward "four inheritance" and "five development".[Result/conclusion] The author believes that there is no development without inheritance, and there is no innovation without reference. This is crucial for information science.
