基于AHP/TOPSIS方法的物流配送模式决策研究
Research on Decision of Logistics Distribution Mode Based on AHP/TOPSIS
介绍了目前存在的几种物流配送模式，建立了物流配送模式选择的评价指标体系，利用定量赋权法（熵权法）和定性赋权法（AHP方法）相结合得出配送模式选择中各个评价指标的权重，引入Topsis法有效解决了配送模式选择的多目标决策问题，可以为企业物流配送模式的决策提供一定的依据。
