纳米羟基磷灰石对肺癌细胞端粒酶基因表达的影响
Effect of HAP Nanoparticles on the Expression of Telomerase Gene of Lung Cancer Cells
研究羟基磷灰石纳米粒子(nHAP)对人肺癌A549细胞端粒酶基因表达的影响。采用均相沉淀法制备出稳定单分散的nHAP,应用透射电镜及X-射线衍射分析对其进行表征。nHAP作用A549细胞6h后,采用TREP-ELISA法检测肺癌A549细胞的端粒酶基因表达。结果表面明nHAP作用组的肺癌A549细胞的端粒酶活性值为0.694±0.029,而对照组为0.786±0.031,两组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。nHAP可使肺癌A549细胞的端粒酶基因表达下调。
o investigate the effect of HAP nanopaiticles (nHAP) on telomerase activation of the lung cancer cells. nHAP were synthesized homogeneous precipitation method and surveyed by TEM and x-ray diffraction analysis. After treated the lung cancer cells with nHAP for 6 hours, the expression of telomerase gene of lung cancer A549 cells was detected by TREP-ELISA. The value of A450 of lung cancer cells which telomerase gene expression was positive 0.694±0.029,and that of control group was 0.786±0.031, compared with control group(P<0.05). nHAP could reduce expression of telomerase gene of lung cancer A549 cells.
