线粒体分裂与融合参与肿瘤细胞糖代谢的调节机制

线粒体是动态细胞器,通过不断融合和裂变来改变其形态,以满足细胞的可变需求。癌细胞最显著的特征之一是它们通过利用多种营养物质来适应不断变化的环境条件。线粒体的正常分裂与融合对肿瘤细胞葡萄糖分解代谢是必不可少的,并且这一过程受到多种调控方式的调节,例如转录因子MYC、PPAR、p53及mTOR、MAPK信号通路。这些调控因子将线粒体功能与肿瘤细胞糖代谢紧密联系起来。本文就线粒体分裂与融合在肿瘤细胞糖代谢中的研究进展作一综述。
Mitochondria are dynamic organelles that change their morphology through continuous fusion and fission to meet the variable needs of cells. One of the most distinguishing characteristics of cancer cells is that they adapt to changing environmental conditions by using multiple nutrients. The normal division and fusion of mitochondria are essential for tumor cell glucose catabolism, and this process is regulated by a variety of regulatory modes, such as transcription factors MYC, PPAR, p53, and mTOR, MAPKsignaling pathways. These regulatory factors closely link mitochondrial function and tumor cell glucose metabolism. In present paper, the research progress of mitosis and fusion in glycometabolism of tumor cells is reviewed.
