聚乳酸在Lewis酸型离子液体催化下的甲醇醇解反应

本文合成了Lewis酸型离子液体[Bmim]Cl-FeCl3,并将其用于催化聚乳酸(PLA)甲醇醇解反应,考察了反应条件对醇解反应的影响和离子液体的回用性能,并对[Bmim]Cl-FeCl3催化下PLA醇解反应的动力学进行了研究。结果表明,在较佳工艺条件下,PLA转化率为99.3%,主要解聚产品乳酸甲酯收率达94%以上;催化剂重复回用6次后,PLA转化率和乳酸甲酯收率无明显变化,采用FT-IR技术对回用前后的离子液体进行了表征,结果表明回用后离子液体的化学结构未发生改变。动力学研究结果表明,[Bmim]Cl-FeCl3催化下PLA甲醇醇解为一级反应,活化能为21.28 kJ/mol。

Lewis acidic ionic liquid [Bmim] Cl-FeCl3 was synthesized and used as catalyst in the methanolysis of poly (lactic acid) (PLA). The effects of reaction conditions on methanolysis results and the reusability of catalyst were examined. The kinetics of PLA methanolysis catalyzed by [Bmim] Cl-FeCl3 was also investigated. It was indicated that the conversion of PLA was 99.3% and the yield of methyl lactate was over 94% under the optium conditions, the catalyst could be recycled up to 6 times with no apparent decrease in the conversion of PLA and yield of methyl lactate. The reused catalyst was characterized by FT-IR, it was demonstrated that there was no significant change in its chemical structure compared with fresh catalyst. The investigation result of kinetics showed that methanolysis of PLA catalyzed by [Bmim]Cl-FeCl3 was first-order reaction, the activation energy were 21.28 kJ/mol.
