慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠证候特征研究

Objective: To explore the characteristic and syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis rat models induced by a comprehensive method with MNNG. Methods: Male wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups (n=19 each). The rat models were induced by a comprehensive method based on MNNG free drinking. The rats in control group were administered with normal feedstuff and water. The characteristics in this two groups were observed weekly. The data including weight, the amount of food and water, strength of grabbing was collected in all 16 weeks. Results: Compared with control group, the rats in model group suffer from emaciation, decreased strength of grabbing, the decreased amount of food, decreased activity, pale lip, yellow and lusterless fur, pale paw, dull-red eyes, dull-purple lip, dull-red tongue, dull-purple paw, and loose stool. Differences in this two group were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The chronic atrophic gastritis rats induced by MNNG comprehensive method were characterized by the syndrome of qi de?ciency and blood stasis combined with miasma. The syndrome of qi de?ciency plays an important role in the early stage, and then blood stasis has also emerged based on qi de?ciency.
