PTSD样大鼠蓝斑神经元整合素表达变化的研究
HANGES OF INTEGRIN IN LOCUS CERULEUS NEURONS OF PTSD-LIKE RATS
目的 探讨PTSD 样大鼠蓝斑(locus ceruleus, LC) 神经元整合素(integrin) 表达的变化。方法 使用连续单一应激(SPS) 方法建立PTSD 大鼠模型，随机分为SPS 处理后1d、4d、7d、14d组，非SPS 刺激大鼠作为对照，应用免疫组化、RT-PCR方法分别进行各组蓝斑神经元整合素的表达变化的观察及检测，进行图像分析和统计学处理。结果 蓝斑神经元整合素的表达1d、4d 逐渐增强7d, 14d逐渐下降。结论 蓝斑神经元细胞凋亡可能是导致PTSD 患者蓝斑功能失调的重要原因之一。
Objective To invest the expression of integrin in the locus ceruleus neurons of PTSD- like rats.Methods Single prolonged stress ( SPS) was used to produce the PTSD model and rats were randomly divided into 24h , 4d ,7d ,14d groups af terSPS and a normal cont rol group. Immunohistochemical and RT-PCR techniques were used to observeand detect the changes in the expression of integrin in the locus ceruleus neurons, and image analysis and statistical analysis were performed. Results The integrin expression showed gradual increase on 1d and 4d, and gradual decrease on 7d and 14d. Conclusion These result s suggest that the changes in the expression of integrin in the locus ceruleus neurons of PTSD-like rats may play an important role in the long-term persistent neurop sychological sequelae of PTSD.)
