芍药杂交结实性研究
Study on Cross Fruitfulness 0f Some Herbaceous Peony
通过23个芍药品种,2个芍药种，50个杂交组合的授粉结实性研究结果表明：1)芍药品种间柱头与花粉的亲和性是影响芍药杂交结实率的关键因素。2)50个杂交组合均能结实，但各杂交组合间结实率存在明显差异，其结实率20.3％～98.7％。3)同一品种作父本或母本，其杂交结实率也有明显差异。 4)不同品种自交、杂交和天然授粉结实率存在明显差异，自交结实率最低，单瓣型品种天然授粉结实率最高。
o reveal the compatibility among different herbaceous peony, 50 cross combinations involving 23 Paeonia lactiflora varieties and 2 species(P. lactiflora and P. veitchii) were carried out. Results showed that 1) the compatibility between the parents was the key factor influencing their cross fruitfulness. 2) All these cross combinations could fructify, however, there were significant differences in fruit set percentage of hybridization and the fruit set percentage of cross combination was 20.3%～98.7%. 3) Fruit set percentage of hybridization was obvious1y different when a cultivar was used as male or female parent. 4) Fruit set percentage of self-, cross- and open pollination was significantly different for various cultivars. The lowest fruit set percentage was self-pollination, while highest for the open pollination of single flower cultivars．
